i make games to teach people things. sometimes specific skills, sometimes about work procedures, sometimes about what kinds of jobs exist, and recently to support education and development of individuals with Autism and other developmental disabilities.

Booeys: A Ghost's Code

i'm partial to this game particularly. it's designed to teach kids what kind of technical skills they might have and encourage them to consider jobs that use those skills.

Simcoach Card Deck

this tool provides a powerful and simple alternative to the physical picture cards regularly used to administer VB-MAPP assessments in clinical or educational settings. it comes with 350+ cards built in and allows you to add your own!

Hair Trigger

we built this game for The Nuclear Threat Initiative to educate the public about the quantity of nukes kept ready for immediate launch around the world. hint: it's a lot.

You're Hired: The Interview

part of a trilogy of games designed to help kids with special needs learn the basics of getting a job; this game focuses on the job interview itself with regards to answering common questions and managing body language.

Dig In: An Excavator Game

built in collaboration with the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 66, this game was designed to introduce high school grads to The Western Pennsylvania Operating Engineers Joint Apprenticeship and Training Program. it's also pretty fun!

Harness Hero

you get to push a guy off a building in this one. if you pay attention beforehand, he may just survive it.

Site Coach: Start Smart

peel your eyes and search for safety hazards in a typical job site! built in collaboration with Master Builders Association of Western Pennsylvania (MBA), the Constructors Association of Western Pennsylvania (CAWP), Mosites Construction Company, and Zurich Insurance Group.

Cube Cut

learn about advanced manufacturing and spatial awareness by milling some cubes. built in collaboration with Catalyst Connection to encourage a new generation of manufacturers.
